Enrolled Friends (EFs) Notes:
You can designate 2 EFs each year. What you can do, is "remove" those EFs from your profile before the end of the year (Dec 30), and then ANYTIME in the next year (i.e., not just in the month of December), you can fill those two slots and they will be valid for the rest of that year. If you leave those EFs in your profile thru Dec 30th, then you are stuck with those EFs for the next year, so make sure you know how you want to arrange it.
